I'm Ben and I'm one of the co-founders of #OperationFit

I studied Sports & Exercise Science at Brunel University, and I've been training people for over 10 years. 

I'm also qualified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer giving me detailed and applicable knowledge working with everyone from the very fit to the absolute beginner. Helping people move better and get fitter for life in general. 

My focus is on Functional Fitness, training and eating to stay fit, healthy and lean and use these principles to ensure my clients reach their goals.

I know how important it is to have fun whilst you train, and to challenge yourself with new goals be that a 5km race or to lose 10 inches off your waist. That feeling of being fitter and healthier and making progress is priceless.

Its important to have fun and work hard and smart whilst you train, so all of your sessions will be tailored around your goals and keeping things effective and varied. 

Over the years I've worked with a vast array of people.

Stay at home parents, fitness fanatics, fighters looking to improve their conditioning, bodybuilders, business owners and hopefully you.

Personal Trainer & Fitness Expert

My name is Susie and I am co-founder of #OperationFIT.

 

For the past 6 years, my fitness and coaching has centred around pole dance fitness, running and body weight interval training. I discovered pole fit in 2012 to increase my general health and strength levels whilst exploring an area of fitness that I'd never encountered before. Not only has it improved my health and wellbeing, it has also increased my passion for fitness and coaching. I find myself challenging my abilities everyday whether it be entering a 10k/5k run, completing tough mudder or improving my core and flexibility through various forms of Yoga.

I've spent a few years now teaching pole fit to an advanced level. Since then I have taken my passion to the next level and I have graduated as a fitness instructor and qualified in group exercise as well as a Crossfit level 1 trainer.

 

I am extremely motivated and ambitious when helping others reach their goals. My focus centres around a safe and effective form of training which encompasses functional fitness, Interval Training and adding an element of fun to it.

 

It is important that my clients needs are put first whilst we undergo this lifestyle change so together, we will work hard and create a sustainable programme to help you succeed.
